Digital Check-in

As soon as customer walks in to the reception, guest needs to scan QR Code or will receive a link in their registered mobile Number with OTP ,As soon as the customer clicks on the link an application will be opened where guest needs to fill in the GRC (i.e., Name, Address, Photo ,Signature , ID proof etc.)

After completion of the above process, Guest can make Advance Payment, Check Guest Folio, Order Food & at the time of checkout Guest can proceed to make the Payment & also give them valuable Feedback through the Application.

Guest can access the application where they can do following activites:

  • Update their profile
  • Make payment
  • See their detail in the folio
  • Ordering food
  • Feedback

All the process till check-out will be digitally processed.
